Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about how we work, what we charge, and what you can reasonably expect from a strategy partner.
Is MarketCraft a marketing course, or do you guarantee a certain number of leads or ROI?
No. MarketCraft is a professional marketing and advertising agency — we plan and run client campaigns across strategy, paid media, SEO, content, social and creative. We do not offer marketing courses, training programmes, certifications, or educational workshops open to the public.
We also do not guarantee lead volumes, sales figures, search rankings, reach, return on investment, or any specific commercial outcome. Marketing results depend on your product, market conditions, competitive landscape, budget, and execution — factors no honest agency can fully control. Any firm promising guaranteed leads or fixed ROI is either misrepresenting their capabilities or using methods that may not serve your brand long term.
What we commit to is rigour: documented strategy, clear reasoning, agreed KPIs, and transparent reporting on the campaigns we manage for you.
What is a strategy sprint and how long does it take?
A strategy sprint is a fixed-scope engagement — typically three to six weeks — that produces a complete marketing strategy document. It includes audience research, competitive analysis, channel recommendations, messaging architecture, measurement framework, and a 90-day rollout plan.
Timeline depends on complexity: a single-market B2B repositioning might take three weeks; a multi-market consumer launch with stakeholder workshops across regions might take six. We confirm scope and timeline in a proposal before work begins.
How much do your services cost?
Strategy sprints are quoted per project based on scope, typically ranging from SGD 18,000 to SGD 45,000. Performance programmes run on monthly retainers, generally SGD 6,000 to SGD 15,000 per month depending on channel count and reporting depth. Advisory audits start from SGD 8,000.
We provide a detailed quote after an initial conversation. We do not charge for discovery calls. All fees are exclusive of GST (where applicable), media spend, production costs, and third-party tools.
Are you a full-service agency? Which channels do you manage?
Yes. MarketCraft is a full-service strategy and performance marketing agency. We plan and run client campaigns across Google Ads (search, shopping, display), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic display, SEO and content, email and CRM lifecycle, and analytics infrastructure.
Media spend is managed with client access to ad accounts and transparent reporting. We do not hide performance behind opaque dashboards or mark up ad spend without disclosure. If a channel is outside our core capability, we coordinate trusted partners — always disclosed to you in advance.
Who will actually work on my account?
Senior practitioners. Our founding partners are involved in every engagement at the strategy and review level. You will not be handed off to junior staff after the sales conversation. For larger programmes, we may bring in specialist contractors — always disclosed to you in advance.
Do you work with startups or only established brands?
Both, though the engagement looks different. Startups often need a strategy sprint before they have budget for ongoing programmes. Established brands often need an audit or performance programme to fix something that is already in motion. We assess fit based on your stage, budget, and willingness to act on recommendations — not company size alone.
What industries do you specialise in?
We have deepest experience in B2B professional services, SaaS, consumer goods, and F&B — particularly brands operating in or entering Singapore and ASEAN. We are sector-agnostic at the strategy level but honest when we lack domain-specific knowledge. In those cases, we recommend a partner or decline the engagement.
