Strategy and performance marketing, run with intent

MarketCraft is a Singapore marketing agency that plans and runs client campaigns — brand strategy, paid search and social, SEO, content, creative and lifecycle marketing — from our Tanjong Pagar studio. We are a professional services firm, not a training provider, and we do not guarantee leads, rankings or return on investment.

The craft statement

A full-service marketing agency — not a course, not a guarantee machine

Most marketing problems are not creative problems alone. They are positioning problems, channel-fit problems, and measurement problems dressed up as briefs. MarketCraft exists to sort that out — then execute campaigns with the same discipline we bring to strategy.

We are a Singapore-based strategy and performance marketing agency. We run paid media on Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and programmatic display. We build SEO and content programmes, lifecycle flows in CRM, and reporting that actually informs decisions. We are not a marketing course, certification provider, or lead-generation mill promising fixed volumes.

Our studio sits on Craig Road in Tanjong Pagar, a neighbourhood shaped by trade, craft, and getting things made properly. That is the spirit we bring to every engagement: deliberate work, visible reasoning, and outcomes you can explain to your board without hand-waving — with honest caveats where markets, budgets and competition limit what any agency can promise.

How we work

Four stages, one accountable programme

We structure engagements around Frame, Plan, Make and Measure — so you always know where you are in the process and what comes next.

Frame

We audit your market position, audience, channel mix, messaging architecture, and measurement setup. No borrowed frameworks — we build a picture of what is actually happening in your category and inside your funnel before anyone touches a media budget.

Deliverables typically include a situation assessment, competitive landscape review, and a prioritised list of gaps that are costing you clarity or conversion.

Plan

Strategy becomes a plan: audience definition, channel selection, message hierarchy, campaign architecture, and KPI definitions everyone agrees on. We document assumptions so they can be tested, not buried.

You receive artefacts your team can run with — media plans, creative briefs, measurement specs, and rollout timelines that respect your internal capacity and SGD budget.

Make

We produce and launch campaigns: Google Ads structures, paid social and programmatic buys, SEO content, creative assets, and lifecycle flows in your CRM. Senior practitioners stay involved — not a handoff after the kickoff call.

Execution is built for your market: Singapore-first when that is the brief, or regional when you need ASEAN reach with local nuance in each channel.

Measure

We stay involved through optimisation and reporting. Weekly performance standups, conversion reviews, and honest readouts on what changed, why it changed, and what we recommend doing next — not a monthly deck that disappears into a shared drive.

Measurement is tied to business outcomes your CFO will recognise, with full transparency on media spend and platform performance.

Disciplines

Six ways we run your marketing

Every discipline connects to the same programme — strategy, execution and measurement under one roof in Tanjong Pagar.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Audience definition, competitive positioning, message hierarchy and go-to-market architecture for brands entering Singapore or refining their regional story.

Paid Search & Shopping

Google Ads campaign structure, keyword strategy, Shopping feeds and search budget governance with transparent spend reporting.

Paid Social & Programmatic

Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and display campaigns — audience building, creative testing and programmatic buys with honest performance readouts.

SEO & Content Strategy

Technical SEO, editorial calendars, content production and organic channel plans built for long-term discoverability, not ranking promises.

Marketing Automation & CRM

Lifecycle flows, lead nurturing, CRM integration and email programmes that connect acquisition to retention with measurable triggers.

Analytics & Conversion Optimisation

Measurement infrastructure, dashboard design, A/B testing and conversion reviews that tie channel activity to business outcomes.

The craft standard

Every recommendation leaves a paper trail

We document the reasoning behind every strategic choice and every media decision. If a channel is in the plan, you will know why. If it is out, you will know that too.

That discipline matters when budgets are scrutinised, teams rotate, or agency relationships change. Your marketing programme should not live in one person's head.

  • Written strategy documents with version history
  • Channel rationale tied to audience behaviour data
  • KPI definitions agreed before launch, not after
  • Quarterly review cadence with honest readouts

Regional positioning and paid search rebuild

A workforce platform entering Malaysia and Indonesia was running the same messaging and Google Ads structure in every market. We reframed positioning, rebuilt search campaigns by market, and aligned landing pages to local ICP — improving lead quality without chasing volume for its own sake.

Channel restructure for a home goods brand

A premium kitchenware brand was spending across Meta, Google and influencer agencies with no unified measurement. We reconciled platform data with their store backend, rebuilt the media plan, and consolidated influencer spend — reducing blended acquisition cost while holding repeat purchase steady.

Questions

Three things marketing leads ask before the first sprint

Is MarketCraft a marketing course, or do you guarantee a certain number of leads or ROI?

No. MarketCraft is a professional marketing and advertising agency — we run client campaigns across strategy, paid media, SEO, content, social and creative. We do not offer marketing courses, certifications, or public training programmes.

We also do not guarantee lead volumes, sales figures, search rankings, reach, or any specific return on investment. Marketing results depend on your product, market conditions, competitive landscape, budget, and execution — factors no honest agency can fully control. What we commit to is rigour: documented strategy, clear reasoning, agreed KPIs, and transparent reporting.

What does a typical engagement look like?

Most clients start with a strategy sprint — three to six weeks producing a documented marketing plan — before moving to a monthly retainer where we run campaigns across agreed channels. We work as an embedded agency partner from Tanjong Pagar, not a distant vendor sending monthly PDFs.

Which channels and platforms do you manage?

We plan and run campaigns across Google Ads (search, shopping, display), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic display, SEO and content, email and CRM lifecycle, and analytics infrastructure. Media spend is managed with client access to ad accounts and transparent reporting — we do not hide performance behind opaque dashboards.

Ready to commission a strategy sprint?

A strategy sprint is a fixed-scope engagement — typically three to six weeks — that produces a documented marketing plan and campaign architecture your team can execute. Tell us where you are stuck and we will propose a scope within five working days.
